Planned System Maintenance

We will be updating the PowerSchool application software beginning Saturday, September 30, approximately between 9:00pm - 12:00am. PowerSchool will not be available during this window. This message will be removed once the update is complete.

Reminder: Long-Term Subs Must Use Their Own Accounts

Long-term subs must have their own log-in accounts created and enabled, not use the account of the teacher-of-record. Teachers going on leave will have their accounts disabled upon notification from Employee Services, and no advance warning will be provided to any subs improperly using that teacher's account.

Please submit a ticket to have a long-term sub assigned to a teacher's class, or an account created if the LTS is new to the district.

If you are unable to resolve parent issues within the PowerSchool parent portal, please direct the parent to e-mail pssupport@troy.k12.mi.us. Please do not distribute telephone numbers for TRC or Data Services.
