End-of-Year Processing

PowerSchool will be unavailable Saturday, August 3, 2024 through Sunday, August 4, 2024 for end-of-year processing and system maintenance.

Summer 2024: Enhanced User Interface

This summer, PowerSchool will be upgraded to the latest version, which includes the Enhanced User Interface. This affects only the admin portal, but represents a significant departure from the existing navigation style.

Important Note: The EUI does not affect the teacher or parent portals.

Reminder: Long-Term Subs Must Use Their Own Accounts

Long-term subs must have their own log-in accounts created and enabled, not use the account of the teacher-of-record. Teachers going on leave will have their accounts disabled upon notification from Employee Services, and no advance warning will be provided to any subs improperly using that teacher's account.

Please submit a ticket to have a long-term sub assigned to a teacher's class, or an account created if the LTS is new to the district.

If you are unable to resolve parent issues within the PowerSchool parent portal, please direct the parent to e-mail pssupport@troy.k12.mi.us. Please do not distribute telephone numbers for TRC or Data Services.
